There are so many products on the baby market and each one of them claims to be the best thing ever. What’s a momma to do with so many options? At your baby shower you probably got a ton of diapers and wipes and adorable onesies that let’s be honest, your baby never even got to wear. 🙂 Now that the newness has worn off and the gifts have stopped coming in, what do you really need for this next stage of your baby’s life?
I’ve put together a list of the best items for your 3-6 month old so that you don’t have to wonder any longer.

When our little guy started sitting up on his own this was the perfect place to sit him to play! He loved playing with the balls and it also taught him how to grip. The bright colors kept him entertained and it was great for momma because the sides kept him safe.
Our little guy loves this! This poppin’ dino plays music and pops the balls in and out. B loves to watch the balls pop out and he is always trying to add new toys to the tower. Such a fun toy for every baby!
I’m not going to lie, the moment Bryton began rolling over my heart stopped a little. Once the rolling began, I could no longer swaddle my little guy in the velcro swaddles and I was terrified that sleep would go out the window.. and to be honest, it did for a while. Finding a sleepsack was a good solution to the problem. Now we can both be comforted and hopefully get some good rest throughout the night.
This product has saved me so much time and money, and I’m able to feed healthy food to my little guy! This product steams and blends food all in one! I literally just cut up the fruit or vegetable I want to prepare for B and then press the button. I can walk away and then come back when it’s finished steaming and start to blend the food. When it is blended I just pour the baby food into freezer containers like these and freeze. Then when it’s time to eat I just pop one out and warm it up for a few seconds. Such a money and time saver!
We love this 3 in 1 activity center because it provides a safe space for our little guy to bounce and it grows as he grows. We have been using this since he was about four months old, and now that he is 9 months we are still using this all the time! It is a little bit pricey, but it has years worth of use because it changes into a table for toddlers. Score!
When B got a little bit bigger and started trying to get on all fours and crawl, we hated that his little knees would get all red from the hardwood. Also, he would slip because the grip wasn’t great. We found this foldable play mat and it was great because we could easily fold it up when we were done playing and put it away.
This seat is a must for every family with a baby. It is so easy for travel because it folds down flat and has a handle. It can be set up anywhere and it offers the proper support for your growing little one. We loved this seat. I’m sad that my 9 month old is starting to out grow it. 🙁
